Bushra Bajwa

Country Head

Ms. Bushra Bajwa serves as the Country Head of Richmond Institute and Kaartidijin Institute, leading both organizations with strategic vision and operational excellence. She is responsible for nationwide management, academic growth, and institutional partnerships. Under her leadership, the institutes have expanded their educational footprint and introduced industry-relevant programs. Her commitment to quality education and youth empowerment drives continuous improvement and innovation. Ms. Bajwa’s leadership continues to position both institutes as leading names in professional training and development.

Mr. Subhan Amjad

Tourism & Hospitality Management lecturer

Subhan Amjad serves as a Hospitality Instructor at Kaartdijin Institute, specializing in international hospitality operations, including front office management, food and beverage service, and guest relations. He holds certifications in Health and Safety, HACCP, CPR, First Aid, Risk Assessment, and Fire Safety, which he integrates into his teaching to promote safe and efficient workplace practices. Alongside his academic role, he supports Emirates Airlines’ recruitment initiatives across Pakistan, assisting with candidate pre-screening and talent development.
